Zirconia Crowns

Porcelain over a zirconia substructure; a full crown covering the whole circumference of the tooth. It requires more tooth reduction and offers an advantage in strength for back teeth and large restorations.

Full-Porcelain Crown (metal-free)

A crown made entirely of porcelain, with no metal substructure. Its translucency and colour match are excellent, and it can be used at the front and the back of the mouth.

Metal-Ceramic Crown

The classic crown, with porcelain over a metal substructure. It is durable, but the metal can produce a dark line at the gum margin; metal-free options are more often chosen today.

Composite Bonding

A reversible treatment carried out in a single appointment with no tooth reduction. It is an economical and conservative option for small chips, gaps and changes of shape.

Where needed the tooth is reduced minimally and a digital or conventional impression is taken; a temporary covering may be fitted.

The restorations are made in the laboratory according to the material chosen; this stage usually takes a few days.

After colour and bite are checked, the restorations are bonded permanently; regular check-ups are recommended afterwards.
